Public
Relations Society of America
The Public Relations Society of America,
Georgia Chapter, the second-largest local
chapter in the national society, consists
of nearly 1,000 public relations and communications
professionals throughout Georgia. Its
mission is to enhance the profession,
provide continuing education and offer
networking opportunities for its members.
The Chapter has monthly meetings as well
as nine Special Interest Groups (Employee
Communications, Government/Military Affairs,
Healthcare, Independent Counselors, Leader
Board, Nonprofit, Technology, Travel &
Tourism, and Young Professionals) that
meet at various times. |

The LMA Southeastern Chapter was formed
in 1997 to provide continuing education
and professional development to its members
and provide forums to share ideas and
experiences among its members and others
involved in legal services marketing.
The region includes Alabama,
Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi,
North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee
and Texas.

Society for Marketing Professional Services
The Society for Marketing Professional
Services (SMPS) was started 35 years ago
by small group of professional services
firm leaders who recognized the need to
sharpen skills, pool resources, and work
together to create business opportunities.
Today, the association has a membership
of more than 6,900+ marketing and business
development professionals from architectural,
engineering, planning, interior design,
construction, and specialty consulting
firms located throughout the United States
and Canada. Established in 1982, SMPS
Atlanta has over 200 members who actively
participate in monthly events designed
to advocate, educate, and connect leaders
